Barry Jameson has held the position of CEO at McFaddan Financial Group since he joined the firm in 2019. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding our global presence, formulating key strategies in collaboration with the board and implementing crucial reforms. Under his astute guidance, McFaddan Financial Group has experienced remarkable growth, expanding our network and providing clients with increased access to global opportunities. Mr Jameson brings a wealth of industry experience, having previously worked with prestigious investment firms in Europe, including MPS Capital Services in Italy and Ernst & Young in the United Kingdom.

Chief Compliance Officer
Chris Zhao joined McFaddan Financial Group Group in 2020 and has been instrumental in ensuring our compliance with industry regulations, company policies and long-term vision. He has also provided invaluable insights into the firm’s direction while keeping employees informed about the latest legislation and industry guidelines. Prior to joining McFaddan Financial Group, Chris Zhao accrued 17 years of experience working for Citi Bank and Evercore Partners, demonstrating loyalty and expertise at established financial management firms.

Kei Tanaka has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2015. With over 25 years of experience as a senior financial analyst at Mizuho Financial Group in Tokyo, Mr. Tanaka has brought extensive financial expertise to McFaddan Financial Group. His prudent financial planning and strategic initiatives have played a pivotal role in shaping McFaddan Financial Group’s development and financial stability.
